Cancel an order or change an order
Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. To cancel an order please contact customercare@shopredone.com but due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.
To view the status of pending orders, you can visit the order history page while signed in to your account. Your orders will be itemized by number and you can view the details and status of each order by clicking on the related order number..

Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping? RE/DONE offers free standard shipping on all orders over $70 and free express shipping on all orders over $200. If you just can’t wait for your new jeans, select the expedited shipping option for a standard charge based on your location and order weight. Orders typically ship out in 1-3 business days. Orders placed with overnight shipping must be submitted by 11am PST to ship out the same day. Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable. At this time we do not offer free pre-paid return shipping.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free ground or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Tracking My Package: When your order ships out, you will receive an email alert from us with the tracking number of your package. Simply click the link to track your package.

You can also track your package by logging into your account and viewing your order history. Click your order number and you will see a tracking link.

Select international countries may require customers to pay additional duties & taxes charge on orders entering their country. If customers select Yakit as a shipping option, they will be able to view and pay for all additional charges at checkout. Customers who chose any other shipping method may be subject to additional taxes or duties upon delivery. RE/DONE is not able to refund duties, including returned items. Duties are automatically calculated by Yakit.
