Return Policy
- Returns can be made within 14 days of the Shipped Date
- Products that are marked down from the original price are not eligible for return
- Products that are listed as Final Sale are not eligible for return
- Products must be in the condition they were shipped to be accepted for a refund
- A Shipping Fee will be deducted from the total amount. This price is based on the weight of the return
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policies
Promo / Discount Codes
- Promo codes that are applied to Original or Full price product can be returned for a refund or exchange
- Promo codes that are applied to Final Sale or Sale product is not eligible for return or exchange
Do you offer Price Adjustments?
- Price adjustments can be made within a 14 day time period from when the order is placed
- We do not offer price adjustments for items that are purchased at a sale or marked down price
- We do not offer price adjustments to match other retailers
How to send in an international return?
- Please visit https://web.global-e.com/returns/portal/mZ78/ to initiate your return
- We are not able to process International Exchanges. Please make a normal return and place a new order for the item you want instead.
Damages & Repairs
- We offer Free Repairs for Life for our Levi's products
- We offer replacements for Hanes Tees within 1 year of purchase date if damaged
